During the operation of the hammer crusher, the grinding machine suffers great vibration, which often results in the failure of the transmission system.
It seems that hammer crusher maybe is not as popular as jaw crusher. However, it also has its irreplaceable position in the crushing plant. It also can be applied in crushing many kinds of materials. Its compressive strength can reach up to 350 MPa, which has the advantages of large crushing ratio, cubic material after crushing. The working principle of different crusher is totally different. Let us have a simple look at the hammer crusher’s working principle. Hammer crusher mainly depends on impact energy to complete crushing material operation. When the hammer crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high speed rotary hammer head then breaks the material.
As far as I am concerned, there is a problem of this machine. The unpleasant knocking sound maybe appears. And why does it happen? Well, the unbroken materials may come into the inside of this equipment, and this causes the knocking sound. It is better to stop the machine and clean the inside cavity. The unpleasant sound also can be resulted by the breakage of the hammer and other parts. Checking and changing the parts in time is necessary.
