1. Control the water content and viscosity of the material

Try to choose dry materials with low mud content. The materials will not stick together after being broken into small pieces in the jaws, which will cause jamming. The crushing process will proceed smoothly and the bankruptcy of the jaws will be further improved.

2. Control feeding size, distance and angle

According to the upper limit size of the jaw broken feed port, the feed size of the raw material should not be greater than the upper limit size of the feed port to prevent jamming, and the particle size of the feed should be as consistent as possible. It can be pre-screened with a vibrating feeder. And feed evenly, because jaw breaking is a semi-rhythmic working state, if the feed volume is too large, it will block the crushing cavity, and if the feed volume is small, the production capacity will be reduced. The feeding port of the feeder should be set at 0.5 meters from the top of the jaw, and then adjust the appropriate cutting angle to ensure smooth feeding without pressing, but it is strictly forbidden to feed the material vertically to prevent the jaw from being damaged by the impact force.

3. Adjust the rotation speed of the eccentric shaft

The rotation speed of the eccentric shaft is a key element that affects the frequency of vibration and extrusion of the jaw plate. The faster the rotation speed of the eccentric shaft, the higher the frequency of jaw extrusion, but the more power is consumed. 4. Reasonably adjust the discharging opening and angle of jaw breaker

The jaw angle between the movable jaw and the fixed jaw is inversely proportional to the height of the crushing cavity and the production capacity. A reasonable reduction in the jaw angle can increase the production capacity. The adjustment of the phagocytic angle should be strictly operated, generally within the range of 17-26° (specifically subject to actual conditions)

5. Pay attention to the wear status of the jaw plate

Paying attention to the wear state of the jaw plate and making reasonable adjustments have a great effect on improving the bankruptcy energy of the jaw. Check and determine when to invert, interchange and replace the jaw plate. The following are the jaw plate status and corresponding treatment measures:

(1) The bottom of the movable jaw is worn by 1/3; the bottom of the fixed jaw is worn by 2/3. Turn the two jaws upside down.

(2) The top and bottom of the movable jaw are worn by 1/3, and the middle is worn by half; the top and bottom of the fixed jaw are worn by 2/3. Exchange the two jaws.
